Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is based on the belief that an unseen “life force energy” flows through all of us, and when this energy becomes imbalanced—due to stress, trauma, or illness—we may experience physical, emotional, or mental issues. Reiki works to restore this energy flow, promoting healing on all levels.
How Does Reiki Work?
During a Reiki session, I, as a Reiki practitioner, channel healing energy through my hands and into your body. This energy helps to clear blockages, restore balance, and boost the body’s natural healing abilities. You remain fully clothed, often lying down in a comfortable position, while I lightly place my hands on or just above your body at specific energy points.
